Menominee County Warrant Records Menominee County Warrant Records

Warrant information in Menominee County is spread across several offices. The 95A District Court keeps misdemeanor, traffic, ordinance, and early felony files. The County Clerk keeps circuit and family records. The Sheriff's Office serves process and runs the jail. Michigan has no public statewide warrant list, so MiCOURT works as a case index rather than a warrant database. Finding the right office is the hard part. We gathered the portals, addresses, phone numbers, and request steps for each of them in one place so a reader can start in the right spot.

Why We Built This Site

Michigan opens a great deal of court information to the public, but the pieces do not sit in one system. A warrant belongs to the court that issued it. The clerk in that court sets the charge and holds the record, and the sheriff or another authorized agency serves the paper and reports back. A bench warrant for a missed date stays with the judge who set the case. Traffic defaults run through the district court, and family or juvenile enforcement runs through the circuit court's family division.

Because Michigan has no statewide warrant repository, it is easy to check one office, find nothing, and assume the question is settled. It usually is not. A negative result from a case index, a criminal history, or a city page does not prove that no warrant exists. That is why we collected the Menominee County contacts, the state statutes, the court forms, and the request routes into a single reference.

What You Will Find Here

The pages here follow the questions people actually ask, and each one points to the office that holds the answer.

  • Warrant searches: how a warrant search works through MiCOURT, the district clerk, and the sheriff
  • Open warrants: how to check for active warrants when the county publishes no roster
  • Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which Menominee court holds one
  • Charged cases: how arrest warrants are issued, served, and answered in this county
  • Resolving a warrant: the steps to work with counsel, post bond, and ask the issuing court about a recall

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Michigan court, the Menominee County Sheriff's Office, or any state agency. The limits are real:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm that a warrant exists for anyone
  • We cannot recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
  • We cannot post bond or take any payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or an attorney walk-through
  • We cannot give legal advice or say how a charge, a bond, or a court date applies to you
  • We cannot promise that every phone number, fee, or office hour here is current today

Only the court that issued the warrant can confirm whether it exists and whether it has been recalled, served, or cleared. We can point you to that office, but the answer has to come from the court.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site carry search boxes supplied by outside companies. Those providers set their own prices and run their own services. If one of those tools leads to a paid signup, we may receive a referral fee, and that revenue helps keep this site free.

We do not control what a partner charges or what it returns, and a partner result is not an official warrant check. Confirm anything that matters with the issuing court.
